accounts receivable (A/R) invoices can be printed or emailed directly from
ManageClean on SAP Business One.
In
today's digital economy, customers prefer to receive their invoices and any
other correspondence by email. In this case, the system provides a standard
message window to select the customer’s email address and standard text, while
the invoice itself is provided as a PDF attachment. Invoices can be sent individually by
customer, or for multiple customers in mass.
