Description: When a recurring service has been defined for a
customer under a recurring services cleaning contract, ManageClean generates a
sales order to more easily manage services so you can accurately bill your
customers. Recurring transactions can
be processed individually or for multiple customers / locations. Sales orders generated by the process
recurring transactions wizard can then be turned into invoices and sent to the
customer, or combined with other sales orders for changes or charge back
supplies into a single invoice per customer / location if desired.
Before
processing recurring transactions, you should have already set up the recurring
template as explained in our video on Creating and Managing Recurring
Templates.
