When you have an SAP Business One user who forgot their password, an administrator can go into the system and change the password. While you can't look up their password and remind them what it is, at least you can change it to something you know so they can be on their way.
Open SAP Business One. Under the Modules go to Administration > Setup > General > Users
Find the user name.
Click on the elipses (…) next to Password
Enter a new password.
